Town News: Family Nighttime Easter Egg Hunt

The Town will hold its annual nighttime Easter Egg Hunt on Friday, April 10th beginning at 7:00 p.m. Teams of four will compete against each other. This event is designed for youth and adults and will be held at Bridgeview Park. Participants will need to bring their own flashlights and baskets to the event. Registration is required and will only be taken by phone. Space is limited.  Call (910) 842-6488 to pre-register.

The HB Turtle Patrol has asked the Town to remind you that Holden Beach is proud to be a Turtle Sanctuary. It takes everyone’s cooperation to make our beach a safe place for the sea turtles. Please remember that you can help by:*Turning all ocean facing lights off at night. Kids Summer Day Camp 2019

Nothing makes childhood memories like summer camp. Let the Holden Beach Parks and Recreation team entertain and education your kids this summer season. Day camps are for kids ages 6-12. Vacation Vittles Program Delivers Local Farm Produce to Holden Beach Vacationers

This summer, Holden Beach vacationers (and locals) can preorder bags of locally-grown produce to be ready for local pickup every Saturday. The program, known as “Vacation Vittles,” is a ambitious, state-sponsored partnership with NC State University, local farmers, vacation rental agencies, and local businesses. Vacation rental agencies will be promoting the program to renters ahead of their scheduled rental dates. Renters and locals will be able to preorder and purchase their produce for each summer week via the program’s website.
