BOLIVIA, N.C. – Brunswick County government offices and libraries are closing Tuesday, Dec. 24 through Thursday, Dec. 26 to observe the Christmas holiday and Wednesday, Jan. 1 to observe New Year’s Day. Brunswick County has declared a Stage 1 Water Conservation Alert effective immediately to ensure adequate water is available for essential needs. Holden Beach customers are under the same restrictions since the town receives our water from Brunswick County Public Utilities.
