TAI CHI BALANCED & FIT

Tai Chi classes will be held at the Holden Beach Pavilion, at 10:00 a.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays, beginning on Tuesday, December 8th. Classes are $5 per class for residents and $7 per class for non-residents.
Balance your mind and body by flowing through a series of martial art forms set to the rhythm of your breath! Feel relaxed, energized and stronger, with better stability and range-of-motion. In Andrea’s 1-hour class, you’ll start with dynamic, total body warm ups. Next, calm and focus your mind with deep breathing and proper Tai Chi body mechanics. Then combine it all and breathe through this engaging Tai Chi routine with awe-inspiring background music! Requires standing, walking, balancing, lifting legs and arms, gently moving all joints. Exercises are non-impact, moderate-aerobic activity and adaptable to sitting or partially-supported. Bring your own chair or walker if needed. All fitness and experience levels welcome!
